CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Lume Femme always strives for customer satisfaction. You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of pickup.

The following conditions must be observed:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product cannot show signs of use or consumption.
- The product must be returned with labels, manuals and all accompanying accessories.

According to the Consumer Protection Code, the store owner is not obliged to make exchanges due to regret regarding the color, size, model or other similar reasons.

IMPORTANT: We do not accept complaints if the above conditions are not respected.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Send an email to contact@lumefemme.com with the following information:
- Product name;
- Order number;
- Email registered at the time of purchase;
- Reason for exchange or return;
- Video proving the defect (if applicable).

After confirming the details, we will inform you of the address to return the product and proceed to refund the amount paid for the product and shipping.
