Shipping and Delivery Policy

The estimated average delivery time for products is 7 to 15 business days, and may vary due to factors such as postal delays, Federal Revenue procedures, or strikes. Other situations beyond our control may also affect delivery times.

All purchases include a tracking code that will be sent to the customer's email within 5 business days. Tracking can be done from the moment the order leaves the originating location until it arrives at the delivery address.

Delivery is carried out by the Post Office, but in cases of absence of the recipient or regions with delivery restrictions, the Post Office may leave a notice for the product to be collected at the nearest branch.

Based on our experience, 85% of products are delivered within 15 days of posting.

Please check the shipping address at the time of purchase to ensure delivery is on time. The address cannot be changed after 24 hours of ordering, and cancellations are also not possible after this period.

If a product is returned due to an incorrect address or incorrect information, the customer will be held responsible. If the product is returned to the sender abroad, the delivery time will be recalculated based on the resend confirmation information.
